Maintaining Concrete
Are you looking for an easier way to maintain your current concrete surfaces, but don’t want to change the look of them?
We can apply a clear seal to your concrete surfaces, to help reduce mold and mildew build-up and make cleaning a breeze. Most projects can be completed in one-day.
If you have Spalling damage you are already seeing the damaging effects of not sealing and maintaining your concrete driveway and walkways. Give us a call and we repair and the re-seal to halt and reverse the damage you have already suffered.
Got Spalling?
Spalling can occur when water is allowed to penetrate beneath the surface of your concrete due to either failed concrete seal or never being sealed. When the temperature drops below freezing that water turns to ice. When ice forms it expands in volume. That expansion is enough to pop the top off your concrete resulting in a spauld.
The cure is to first repair the Spalling to restore a uniform surface, and then to seal the concrete to prevent water from penetrating the concrete.
Want to change your concrete’s appearance?
The first thing we are going to do is repair your cracks and Spalling. An Enduracrete Overlayment is then applied, and most importantly it is then sealed to reduce the incidence and potential of Spalling.
Start by carrying for your existing surfaces, then consider what they could be.
